You need to increase chances Airbnb Search is measuring conversions but views are activity in the internet world.

All search engines determine age of ad listing is last changed date. Make changes to your ad daily on anything.
Using the Airbnb Insights tool, you can see if a change increased or decreased views.
Turning on Instabook helps you in Airbnb Search. When I use that feature I set a minimum notice time higher than 1 day.
Your going to need to show a sale price. This needs to be a comfortable price. You should review actual costs and what competitors are charging
