How to make a listing to protect the property

Hi To all

i am just getting started on Airbnb.
I have a new home that I’m going to list. Does anyone know what I should put in the listing or should do to a avoid the chances of my house being recked.

You should mention all the rules under the section of Policies and Rules when you edit your listing as well as Info for the guest before any guest book your property. That will help you to claim if something bad occurs and you have proof. Do let me know if you need help

@Sharon1445 A few ideas

Don't allow stays of less than 3 days

Be very wary of bookings from locals

Don't underprice the listing (ie ignore Airbnb price suggestions)

Don't say if you are a distant host - Imply someone is local or get someone local to help

Enlist your neighbours to monitor the property - In return this will reduce the chance of them getting an antisocial guest staying next door

Consider CCTV
