This is a good place to clearly outline any specific rules or expectations for your property, such as no smoking, no parties or events, quiet hours, maximum occupancy, proper use of amenities, or rules regarding keys, access cards, and common areas.
Be as clear and specific as possible so guests can see the rules before booking and there is less room for misunderstanding during their stay. Just make sure your rules are reasonable, relevant to the property, and consistent with Airbnb’s policies.
