I cannot bulk edit my listings

I cannot bulk edit my listings

Hi, I have enabled the professional hosting tools, but I still cannot bulk edit my listings. I looked at the resources on airbnb.com and followed all the steps, but I don't see any checkbox to select multiple listings at the same time to make changes. I logged out and logged back in, restarted the browser and tried doing it with another browser but none of them worked.

Can you tell us what about your listings you'd like to bulk edit?

 

Calendar:

You can apply rule sets to the calendars of multiple listings at once, by clicking all relevant dates (across all listings) and selecting a rule set to apply to all of those dates and listings.

 

Messages:

Another possible bulk edit is when you create quick replies. You can schedule the messages to go out to multiple listings by selecting the relevant listings when you create or edit the quick reply.

 

Guidebooks:

You can select which listings a Guidebook that you created for your guests, should be applied to.

I’d like to be able to edit the AMENITIES, certain sections of the DESCRIPTION (like Your Property, Guest Access and Other Details to Note), FEES, CHECK-IN, HOUSE RULES, DISCOUNTS and some other things

As far as I know, there's no alternative to copy and paste on Airbnb for the items you mention @Ozzy17 (or ticking them, in the case of amenities).

 

Discounts you can put in a rule set and apply to all relevant listings using the multi-calendar view (but custom promotions will have to be done individually).

Hey Elisa, no, I haven’t been able to so far. I remember that sometime in the past there was a feature on the calendar or the listings page that allowed the users to update certain features all in once like having five listings with the same amenities, they could have been added to the listing.
