I got banned

About 5 years ago I had a girl that was a complainer. She complained my window was broke and would not lock. Without question I was banned. Thru the years I get back on and things are fine then I get banned again for that old complaint. I done this 3 times. I thought maybe some kind of statute of limitations ended and they would let me back on. This time. I've been on for a year and a half and now all the sudden they ban me again. I will now lose my home because I'm 60 it's hard to find a job at this age that pays well and this is basically my only income. Airbnb will not reply to any of my messages. Is there anything I can do to get back on the platform? Maybe hire a agency that leases out Airbnbs what can I do? Please help. I'm desperate

I am not sure how you are able to keep setting up new profiles when you've been banned from the platform.

Fortunately Airbnb is not the only STR platform so why not list on the other STR platforms and invest in setting up your own marketing channels so you can take direct bookings . 

i am not sure how benefits work in the US but can you not claim welfare benefits if you're on low income ?
