I have renters asking me to rent direct outside of airbnb

It doesn't seem to make sense to me why I could want to? The host fee isn't that high. Airbnb remits the taxes, I think Airbnb provides insurance and I am a superhost, are there more reason why I wouldn't want to rent direct

@Michael1571 If the guest has $100 and you are listing at $100 then the guest will be asked to pay about $115 so there is a massive incentive for guests to go off platform. The only benefit to you is that you will get a booking that wouldn't otherwise come to you.

We allow returning guests (the good ones) to book direct and split/give up the service fee.
