I haven't received a payout

I haven't received a payout

 Who would help when having problems with Pay out? Airbnb says the reservation has been paied but my paypal account does not show that. The guest has been already 1 week in the propperty and I haven't receive money.

 

I am a new hosts but I had been able to receive reinburstments as  guest.

So I am not sure why the transaction has not been successfull.

@Emilie i wonder if you could help me. 

Im waiting on 3 payouts that were meant to arrive in my account 3rd June. In my transaction history on my air bnb app these are displayed as paid. 
I’ve still not received these payouts and can only assume my bank details are incorrect. I’ve contacted the help advisors at air bnb and they’re only able to confirm the payouts have been paid. My bank details are displayed as encrypted so they’re unable to confirm the details of my account.  It’s very frustrating as my query keeps getting escalated but no resolution or reassurance that this can be resolved.  Is there anything you can advise?

can anyone who has managed to have this issue resolved get back and confirm the steps that were taken.  Same issue for me, and the frustration is that I can't check my own bank account details on the site to double check the error is not mine.  Having read many of the comments here though I suspect the issue lies with Airbnb

so I am getting somewhere.  I have not yet been paid but I am getting responses from Airbnb customer services.    This may be an issue to do with new hosts.  The key problem has been not being able to completely check the banking details that I added in the first place.  I have now set up a new account - they also advise me that PayPal is the quickest way to get paid, though I am not a huge fan.  I will confirm when I finally get paid.  it would be good to hear from any one else who has now had this issue resolved.

I'm having the same issue... I've tweeted, called customer service to follow up on the open ticket,  along with being told it's being handled by a "department that can help." They assigned an ambassador who doesn't reply to messages. I'm currently owed over 4K and counting. I took both listings offline and I'm now exploring all options...

Having similar issues. Been in contact with support 5 times, still no resolution:( 

changed payout method to PayPal, didnt work

I had a guest arriving May 15. She was allergic to something in the house. I requested Airbnb cancel her stay and return her money. After many calls about 5 days later she recieved her money. Now there is someone at my house for about the same time and money. Airbnb claims I was paid in error in May 15. Therefor they are withholding my money. They have sent me a form from Payoneer saying I was paid but I see no proof of this and have no memory of this . It’s over $7,000. A figure I would remember.  
aitbnb says I was paid and the case is. Closed. My creditors are very unhappy.  Who can I turn to it who can help? I see many posts on your board with similar stories  of non payment.

Hi, I have same issue

a guest booked my place for 31 days and stayed  for 15 days 

Yet I didn’t receive my payment I 

keep calling Airbnb they are saying we sent the payment 

Also, I called my institution there is no issue with bank and my bank account 

and the guest has 

16 more days to stay 

without payment 

now I don’t know where from I can get money to cover my mortgage I  stuck in a such situation 

any one any idea 

 

And I’m planning to evict the guest since I’ haven’t received my payment

My payout has not been received. Guests checked out today (Sunday). Customer Service unwilling or unable to provide any updates or information or timeframe when payout will be received. They simply quote the resolution center. Agents not helping. No reply via messaging on the app. 

I had the same problem.. But finally I got my money.. one of Airbnb kept communicating with me after a period of ignorance But finally I got my money after more than a month…I did not understand what the problem was…

Hi, I´m in the same situation that you. Did they solve your situation?.

 

I have not been paid for my last 4 reservations; and the support representantives are really useless.

I´m  start thinking to contact my future reservations and explain them the situation I have, and let them know that I´m not going to be able to host them, to see if they may help me  to put some pressure on airbnb. 

I finally was paid for the reservation after a lot of waiting … and feeling it will never be resolved… but they were transferring the money with a middle partener in a wrong way and many converted to convince them that no money reached me..and no information about the money transferred was given… but finally they sent it again after months

All the support agents don't want to do their job to help they just write na email apologizing so they can mark V on the email. It is BS that the money airbnb owe me for a guest has not been transfered to me for 7 month already. As a person that understand the banking industry I know that when a bank account is invalid (in this case the bank has been bought and closed - The account doesn't exist) I know that the money is refused by the recipient bank and returned to the merchant. The story they try to tell me is that your payment company can't find the money - that is absulutly not true. I lost a 1000+ ILS but AirBNB is loosing more as I spread the word how lowsy your support is and how Airbnb as a company is not worth the trust.
