I haven't received a payout

 Who would help when having problems with Pay out? Airbnb says the reservation has been paied but my paypal account does not show that. The guest has been already 1 week in the propperty and I haven't receive money.

I am a new hosts but I had been able to receive reinburstments as  guest.

So I am not sure why the transaction has not been successfull.

 Have exactly the same problem. Airbnb says they paid me out on 29th Dec already and to date there is nothing in my account. I want to knw how to resolve this.  Sitting at the bank and there are no pending payments for me so where is my money?

Hi There....just read your case: has it been resolved? I'm South African but live in the IOM UK and they not paid me since Dec17....am 'gatvol' and need to cancel future bookings as I'm not a freehouse!

OMG this has also happened to me and I am out of pocket for over R10000,00! They just don't resolve and its so difficult to get hold of them!

the problem guest enjoy my flat and bnbair they dont pay my money till now from 9 decamber 2016 , bnb is stolen my money and other people ? or they lier , I send million email and calls and till now I didnt recive my money 

I talked to jaklen maklen koftalen fasakonyalen , cress , samira, david , sally ........ , just lie that my case is opend to resolve but nothing till now , they just show that money paied , and my bank tell me that this is stoller and theif

airbnb needs to be shut down for all the stealing and lying they are doing to people and getting worse since the virus.  They also stoled from me!!   someone stayed at my house for 3 nights for Free and I had all this laundry and clean up and lack of privacy.  Called Airbnb everyday for 9 days and their all robots and liars .  Don't book any future bookings with this company they are con artist.

Currently dealing with exactly the same thing. Airbnb is almost 1 month behind on 3 payouts that already stayed AND checked out (owe us over 2k!) Electricity bills are really high in Mexico and you better believe our guests use air conditioning ALL DAY!

They're late on payments and I'm sending Twitter messages to @Airbnbhelp and @bchesky.  By paying late Airbnb is boosting their own Terms of Service.

I contacted brian cheeky innumerable times with no reply.  they are a bunch of incompetent bureaucrats at airbnn.  i have not received my due payments for a month now.  thousands of dollars missing somewhere in the system.  they are crooks!

@Kate195 Did you ever receive your payouts? Currently going through the same experience. Airbnb owed me over 2k for reservations that have already stayed and checked out. No payments, no email notification, absolutely NO help from customer service. They honestly make it worse.

I am now in the same situation with the payments for my 3 recent bookings, It has been for almost 2 months now since I have started my battle with airbnb. I am not sure if I am going to win. Did you?

My problem was finely resolved after so many email and calls, i also wrote on the facebook page and i complain many times there, try to do it as well. It took them over over 3.5 months to pay me!!! very long and they do not explain anything,they  just ask to wait, so keep bugging them every week, without stop, tell them, that you will take a lawer and you will not let it go until they solve your case! be very annoying!!!
