hello everyone dear hosts. Can you please critique my listing I have done everything possible lowering price optimizing the listing offering discounts and for nothing I can get bookings. March April June totally empty and I’m really getting desperate. I don’t know what else to do. Here’s a link to my listing. Let me know what I can do to better at. Thank you very much

I'm from Tunisia and I would say that Airbnb is the safest application for rent and security but I think sometimes people look for who have more comments of hosts

I searched and your listing was page 1 first display.  You have a large volumes of stays.  

I believe you, you might just try some Airbnb Custom discounts on your calendar page.  Then only offering a discount for I  usually do 3 days a week 4 different weeks that promotes more traffic Airbnb markets.  lol
