I want to become a host in Prague

HI! 

I will rent an apartment next month in Prague but because of my job I won't be there for about a week every month. 

I thought about listin the apartment on Airbnb but somebody told me most agencies wouldn't allow you by writing it in the contract.

How can i find real estate agencies or landlords willing to allow me to do short terms rentals?
