Buongiorno @Carol10090 ,

I took a quick look at your listing and it seems to me that you could improve your photos, here are some tips on how to best photograph your home:

I had a quick look at your listing as can see that the only availability at the moment is for 17-26th April 2025, but the rest of the calendar is blocked. If you're ready to accept bookings, you might need to look into your listing availability.

You've had some advice from a couple of experieinced hosts below, and I'd like to invite a few more who may be able to support and advise you too: @Zachary289@Sheri1 and @Dave-and-Deb0, can you support or offer any advice to @Carol10090 , a new host in these first stages of hosting? 😊

Thank you for the mention @Rebecca !  Hello @Carol10090 !

Someone already suggested it, but from my own experience, quality photos make the biggest difference on how many clicks and views your property will get.  Also, your feature photo is your first impression.  I love the bold red towels, but kind of a turn off when the first photo I see is the bathroom.  I would suggest an exterior photo of the place (I see beach home) if you possible and you can hide your address.  If you can't do exterior, then a nice wide angle photo walking through the front door to show off the place.  It looks nice, well decorated and fully stocked.

Don't seem to have much availability currently, understandable if you're still setting up.

Wish you the best with this adventure!

Zach
