IT feedback: New 2024 summer release iPhone bug

Since the new summer release mobile iPhone version - it won’t let me scroll within a message. 
I use a Quick Reply message - which I have to personalize by adding name on top of the message. 
It won’t let me scroll up top the message on my iPhone. Android works fine.
