Your overview Review as a Host is very low in Airbnb standards.The preference is keep at least 4.8.
I suggest the problem is the listinhgs are not set up correctly. I reading the reviews I don't think Chalet or Bed and Breakfast and I believe the negatives have more to do you targeted a market that would't be a good fit.
I suggest split your cottages to each be a seperate lisrung,
Tou can leave one listing that does all your cabins, but 10 guesrs choosing cabins highly unlikely.
Mu best traffic listing in Hawaii wasn't a grand hotel it was the economy listing. Your in Brazil, I think you would do good for someone looking for a more affordable stay in a foriegn country, we had foriegners with exxtended stays who didn't need an expense of a hotel.
Rent each cabin alone with access to the shared kitchen area.. Guests don't vacation to cook they want to experience rhe l.ocal food. They want access to refrigeration, coffee or tea, a mictowave, a grill is great, the stove was rarely used.
Bathroom just be clear private is a highlight but shared again just be clear. They are expecting to be out exploring Baazil they again infrequent use.
Then if people don't know each other sharing just highlightung I had a daily person to maintain don't say clean. I had rare occasions of someone leaving a mess.
List as an Unique Space then as a Cabin, Entire Place.
