We wanted to know if someone can share tips on how to improve our listing. Or if there is guidebook someone can share.

From what I can see, I think the listing would benefit from brighter, better-lit photos. First impressions matter, and increasing the lighting can make the space feel more inviting, clean, and spacious.

I also noticed what appears to be a bucket or pail in one of the shower photos. I would remove that before retaking the pictures, as it can distract from the overall presentation of the bathroom.

I would avoid including people in the listing photos as well. Guests generally want to focus on the space itself and imagine their own stay there.

I would also recommend removing the black-and-white photo. In most cases, guests are looking for an accurate representation of the property, and color photos tend to showcase the space more effectively and help guests connect with the listing.

Finally, consider adding more photos that highlight all of the amenities and unique features of the property. The more clearly guests can see what they’re getting, the more confidence they’ll have when deciding to book.

Overall, I think some brighter photography, a little decluttering, removing distracting elements, and better showcasing the amenities would help the listing make a stronger first impression and potentially improve booking performance.

noticed there are 3–4 photos of food in your photo gallery, but when I checked your listing description and house rules, I couldn’t find any mention of food being provided during the stay.

If those food items are not included for guests, I would suggest removing those photos to avoid giving potential guests the impression that meals or snacks are part of the booking. Sometimes photos can create expectations, and guests may feel disappointed if what they see isn’t actually offered.

On the other hand, if you do offer food whether complimentary or available for purchase it would be helpful to clearly mention this in your listing description. For example, you could explain that guests can order meals, breakfast, snacks, or other food options during their stay, along with any pricing or ordering details.

I think your place has real potential. The setting near the Zabarwan mountains and the loft library already give the listing something unique.

My main suggestion would be to make the listing clearer and visually lighter. The current photos are a little dark and busy, so it is not immediately obvious what guests should focus on. Brighter, cleaner photos with natural light would probably make the rooms feel more inviting and spacious. I would also remove small distracting elements, such as the bucket in the bathroom, the black-and-white photo, and any food photos if food is not actually included during the stay.

I would also try to make the first five photos tell one clear story: the room, the bathroom, the view or mountain setting, the loft library, and perhaps the garden or outdoor space. Right now the listing feels a little unclear — is it a homestay, a private room in a villa, a quiet retreat, or an adventure-style stay? The more clearly you define that, the easier it is for guests to understand and book with confidence.

The description could also be a bit more specific. Instead of only saying that the place is peaceful and accessible, describe what guests can actually experience: the view from the loft library, the atmosphere in the garden, how close it is to the city, and what kind of guests would enjoy the place most.

Overall, I think the property itself already has character. It mainly looks like the presentation just needs to become brighter, clearer, and more intentional.
