Incorrect elevate updates to my listings

Hey ! Is anyone else having major issues with their listings from the elevate updates? One of my main listings is not available and incorrect information was migrated from previous listings to the ones on new platform.  Can't get a resolution and it has been 3 weeks. No representatives from elevate the new platform are available.

Unfortunately, you will have to continue to contact Airbnb regarding this.

Hi @Crystal771,

Thanks for bringing this up — we understand how frustrating it can be when technical transitions impact your active listings.

We’ve also experienced some inconsistencies since the Elevate updates, particularly with calendar syncing and migrated content. While it’s great that Airbnb is rolling out new tools, it’s essential that listings remain accurate and functional.

In the meantime, we suggest:

Regularly reviewing your listings for any errors and documenting changes.

Using the Airbnb support chat in the Help Center and requesting to escalate the issue to a technical specialist.

Posting in the Host Community Updates thread to raise visibility — the more of us who share these concerns, the sooner Airbnb may prioritize resolution.

We’re hopeful this will stabilize soon and support becomes more responsive.

Wishing you a quick resolution and continued success,
Team Arya Stay

Hi @Crystal771

I've spent forever trying to figure out what Elevate is - maybe you can help me?

I can find a link to what looks like a photography booking site:

Elevate - Dashboard

When I ask AI, it gives a confusing answer:

"Airbnb Elevate" refers to multiple related concepts. It's an Airbnb tool used for connecting hosts with photographers for professional photos. It's also a way to request and track progress on various services, including expert support and property categorization. Additionally, "Elevate" can be used as a general term for improving your Airbnb listing or business.

I'd like to be able to request and track progress on expert support - do you know how one gets onto the Elevate platform where you can do this?

@Crystal771

Numerous posts from other Hosts regarding Elevate and all the changes to Experiences. I guess now Elevate is being used by Airbnb as a 3rd party vendor to handle Experiences and Services moving forward. First they used Elevate for professional photography for listings, then Categories and now Experiences and Services. I'm guessing Elevate is a 3rd party vendor, as friends in other industries have mentioned the name and that Elevate performs similar functions for their businesses.

Here is another post from an Experiences Host:

It's all so confusing to me @Joan2709!

When you click through from Airbnb, it looks like Elevate is a separate entity:

But when you arrive on the other side, it looks very much like Airbnb. Maybe there's a different branded landing page for each different site feeding in.

And then it also seems to be associated with the most random things. All I can see that it really does, is photography for listings. But @Crystal771 seems to be actively dealing with Elevate, and her Experiences have nothing to do with photography. On top of that, Elevate somehow also had something to do with the (entirely unrelated) classification of Homes listings in Categories, as you've also confirmed.

Guess I should just let it go as something I don't get and that probably isn't relevant for me  ... I very much doubt the AI answer that said you could "request and track progress on expert support" for Airbnb by using Elevate was right. If that was true, it would've solved half of all the issues in posts that we see in the Community Center! 😀

@Shelley159

As I suspect, Elevate is most likely a 3rd party vendor providing services for a fee. That's why it says leaving Airbnb. I believe Airbnb started using them for photography, then Categories and has now turned over Experiences and Services to them.

All just speculation on my part.

Yes @Joan2709 Thanks as Im seeing now this is a massive issue with Airbnbs migration process to elevate and seems like ai has something to do with why the listings are wrong.  Airbnb should send out a communication to all hosts as this is very disruptive to our businesses and no notices on how long it will take to correct and recover years of excellent service work for many.

@Crystal771

I have long advocated for a Host Bulletin Board on the Today Landing Page to notify Hosts of major changes like this...to no avail.
