I have seemed to have my insights tab missing from my menu.  Please can you advise how to get this back please.

That is odd...have you tried using a desktop/laptop instead of your phone?

The Airbnb App has had a lot of revisions lately due to bug fixes with the software release. Suggest you delete and reinstall the App and see if resolves it. 

I do see Insights on the menu in the App on my iphone 14. App current version is:

@Joan2709 I’ve removed the app and downloaded again to no avail, also tried on my PC and it also doesn’t show my Insights…aargh!!

Ok...it's possible since you are a new Host that there is not enough data yet, but you said you had Insights before? What browser are you using? I'm assuming you are switching from traveling to Hosting on both the computer and your phone:

- Suggest you logoff ALL devices (tablet, computer, phone)

- Then login on only ONE device using your email address (not your phone number).

Okay will give it a try.  Using Google on my PC so will give Microsoft Edge a try.  Yes I used to have insights so I could see how many views I had but then it disappeared, unsure if I then updated to the new tools.  Very frustrated as I could use how Insights as good analytical information…sigh

Airbnb also suggests clearing your cache for whatever browser you are using and on your phone in the App and in whatever you are using to browse on your phone (Safari, Chrome).

I think what you might be looking for was the Insights under Airbnb Professional Tools.  That is not offered anymore.

On your Insights Option in the new version.  You can get the same info just not as quick. Haha

Airbnb Custom Discounts still show Insights for each ad easily.

We did not opt in early, but have some features of the new software on listings anyway. I can still see Insights on the Menu options:

I guess not enough usage Haha tut when you turned on Airbnb Professional Mode Airbnb offered a Menu Item of Airbnb Professional Tools one button was Insights,  Same information just presented at the listing level not the actual Insight Level.

I even checked Airbnb Help when I fist noticed and the Airbnb Help Page for Airbnb Professional Tools I got the 410 Error Page

You should still be able to see Insights on the new Menu as per the SS above by clicking the 3 lines top right.

Professional Hosting Tools is now under Account Settings:

I can see the information just the presentation of the same information Airbnb displayed in two different manners and adding to everyone's confusion both menu items had the same name Insights.  Where you accessed the menu option Insights 2 different presentations were offered by Airbnb.  Airbnb now only provides 1 presentation of Insights the second option is no longer available.

I see...maybe they thought it shouldn't appear under professional hosting tools and on the Menu and decided it would be less confusing to only show Insights in one place? 😏

I am having the same issue, I have no insights menu. How does one turm on 'professional Mode Airbnb'?

I found if I click The line on the right top corner it brings up a menu and Earnings Insights are top 2 choices.  

Also if you choose Accoun t Settings.  One of the options to set is Professional Tools.
