I have seemed to have my insights tab missing from my menu.  Please can you advise how to get this back please.

It looks like that top feature on your screen shot "New to Airbnb" is blocking the view of the Insights Tab. Click the Get Started area and see if that goes away. Airbnb obviously wants you to read through the New Host Articles. You may need to tap that Get Started and then logoff and log back in to be able to get rid of that.

You can see in the screen shot from my phone where Insights should be and it's probably there but hidden behind that Get Started section. Once you click that Get Started Tab, it should disappear and you should be able to see Insights and Earnings at the top.

 

BTW, let us know what happens (what articles Airbnb wants you to read after clicking the Get Started. I'm curious as this is a new feature. I think this is the new "Host Notification" section they mentioned in the new release 05/13/25.

BTW...be sure to type the @ sign and choose the name of the person from the dropdown list you are responding to so they receive a notification of your message:

I believe what you are seeing (New to Airbnb - Get Started) is the new Host Actions section you are seeing on your phone that was announced as part of the new release. You can see it appears at the top of the today page on your phone and that is what you are seeing and it's blocking the Insights and Earnings Tab. Airbnb really wants you to click that Get Started Tab ๐Ÿ˜‰:

The Difference is basically Insights tells me First Page Displays for my 5 listings and offers a breakdown of my 5 listings.  I can click on a listing and see that particular count for a particular listing.  I can then choose Conversions use the same methodology.

Previously Insights menu under Professional Mode.  It was by my listings so 5 for me.  I could click on listing 1 and on 1 page for that particular listing 1 I could see all Insights counted.

Same information, just meant I didn't have to pull together myself.  Not the end of the world maybe a few extra mouse clicks. Haha

They definitely doโ€ฆIโ€™ve watched the get started video about 4 times on app and PC, read through all the information about twice and still doesnโ€™t remove the get started splash screen ๐Ÿ™„

Ok...try logging off all devices. Clear your cache. Then login on one device only.

 

BTW...not everything Airbnb recommends you do in this informational material is a good idea nor advantageous for Hosts. Ask in the CC if you want to know if something is good or not.

Did you ever get this resolved so you could see the Insights and Earnings Tabs?

 

Another Host is complaining about the same thing?

Finally got it work, logged out of all devices and signed back in on the app.  It finally worked.  Had to do it a few times, but it finally worked ๐Ÿฅณ
