Hi, l’m Angela and I am a newbie to hosting an Airbnb! I am also new to the forum. I am glad to be here! I paid a mentor to help me set up my listings and get started. I have a unit house in a prime area in Memphis, Tn. It is walking distance from restaurants, hospitals, and a grocery store! I’m not sure if the listings are set up properly or not! Please help by reviewing my listings?

I think maybe you should look at your listings as a potential Guest.
I just looked quick, but on your first listing Gourmet Oven, an Air fryer?
No microwave?
2nd listing no essentials and no hot water?

hi @Angela4361
I would go back to the mentor that you paid to advise you and ask them to help you complete the listing there are lots of gaps such as
no description of
1. your area in terms of key attractions and local amenities
2. which sort of guests your listing is suitable for
3. a description of the property in terms of rooms and key amenities in each room
4. filling in the amenities section
5. no specific house rules relating to your property
Helen3, I was afraid of something like that to be the problem!! Thank you, I will go back to attempt to fix! Th
Is the mentor you are using an Airbnb superhost /cohost ? @Angela4361
If so disappointing to see they haven't advised you on these issues .
Here is a link to a listing I helped a client set up recently to give you an idea of what you should be including.
