I my app I see my listing is published but I cannot rent it or see it

Have you used a different to create a listing by any chance?  No listing is appearing under the profile you've used here and we only see you a guest and not as a host.  You can use your guest account to create your listing as a host

If it is s new listing, it may take up to 48 hours to appear live.

Same observation here  I also can’t see any active listing under your account at the moment. You may want to double-check if the listing you recently published is still under Airbnb’s verification or review process, as new listings can sometimes take around 24–48 hours before they officially go live and become searchable.

It’s also a good idea to check your hosting dashboard for any pending tasks or required updates. Sometimes Airbnb asks for additional information such as identity verification or listing completion before publishing it publicly.
