Is my pricing correct?

Hi 

I would like to know others option on my listing, pricing, description, pictures etc. 

My reasoning for my pricing is because of the main event near me is the Formula 1 at Silverstone is near by. 

wondering if I need to reduce price at other times of the year. 

Also should I decrease the price if it is only 2 people staying in the one bed, and how would I mark this up? 

I'm assuming by messaging here you will be able to see my listing if not my postcode is **

If you look at your Insights Option, you can choose your Booking Rate against similar listings which allows you to review against what Airbnb displays when searched .

When you are perfect location for a certain event you may price higher those days but different pricing other calendar days.  You need to analyze the market you are in.

I have multiple bedrooms.  The way I have set up is I have 1 bedroom listings and 1 2 bedroom listing. Airbnb lets you link calendars so no double bookings.

Check your Amenities, no refrigerator no essentials and gas stove but no carbon dioxide monitor.

Tweak your description.  Give a clear picture of what is offered for rent.

Use the Airbnb Room Folders for your photos.  Easier for the potential Guest to understand the property.
