So i just saw this interesting offer. The prices seems legit but the apartment has no review. The host is verified and is a member since 2013, but he has no other apartment to rent, so no review. Can i trust this ?

Ee all started somewhere with our 1st house and no review to begin with.

My best advice would be to ask many question to the host, I assure you he will like that if he is new to hosting.

and his answers will help you determine if it a great place for you.
