Is this a scam?

I want to book this stay for a few months but I can't tell if this listing is a scam or not. The host has multiple reviews on a different property but no reviews on this one specifically.

Something feels off as it doesn't appear as it is asking you to book within a week of your stay @Lily628

I would suggest writing to him with your concerns. With 24 positive reviews as a host and 21 as a guest, I would consider giving him a chance with his new listing.
