Is this listing Legit?

I just booked this for a great rate. Then realized the host has no reviews on either of her listings. Her other is at a ski resort in Montana... Also, the description of the listing is very vague. I did exchange messages with her and she seems legit but she did have me book an additional night because she "opened it for 1 night by mistake."

Personally there is no way I would have booked a listing with so little information about the listing and so few photos . 

Doesn't mean there is anything wrong with the listing but I like to know what I'm getting before I book .

When I asked why she had no reviews she said "Because I just hosted my first air bnb this week in Montana. I am sharing some of my extra timeshare that I cannot use. I hope to have a good review after this week! Valid question." I have actually stayed at this Time Share, so I know it's real, I just don't know if she is actually renting it out lol

That link will get taken down by the moderators but it seems that this new host is only offering a total of 3 nights for this place - all the dates on the calendar are sold out or have been made unavailable.  I would ask them why there are no other dates open on their calendar though.  Is this someone's primary home maybe?  

As a host myself, communication is key and tells you a lot about the guest (in my case😉) so keep chatting until you feel comfortable with your booking.  There is a free 24 hour cancellation now on Airbnb for all bookings, even the non refundable ones.

Yes, the one line to describe her listing is more than vague but to be honest, we see this sometimes with new and inexperienced hosts.

Thank you! I did look her up on Facebook and she is a real person. I did see photos of her in Big Sky. I have stayed there before and it is not a home but actually a time share. She said she is renting out her unused time shares. I would guess the other dates are booked because this was the only available weekend?
