Is this violent the review rules?

 this is crazy, she lift up the sofa saying under the sofa is dirty, start to asking me for credit none stop. She kept on saying this house is acceptable, so I asked her relocate I will do full refund if she can just check out right away. But she won’t! She wanna stay still get refund, then she start to say about credit. 
does anyone else been having these kinds of guest?

If so offer to reclean.

You aren't under any obligation  to refund the guest -  if you choose to do so say any refund will be calculated once she cancels the booking . That you will refund the guest fee for any remaining days subject ti the property being left in accordance with with your checkout rules.

I hired professional clean come right away, yet we can’t satisfy her, she’s looking for problems. So I ask her to check out, we can contact airbnb over it no will will get charged. But she refuse to do so. Wants to stay but want me give her refund
