Issue with Inbox Blank Screen

Hello,

 

I am having issues with my Inbox on the app.  When a guest sends me a message, I can see it in the All Messages screen of the inbox, but when I click on the specific message it returns a blank, white screen.

 

I've been responding via the desktop version, but obviously not a great solution for being responsive to guests.

Thanks so much.  After trying each suggestion, reinstalling finally worked after a few tries.  Not sure what that was all about, but appreciate the suggestions.

Hope all is well. I hope the following helps resolve the issue you're having. 

 

1. Reinstall the App: Uninstall the Airbnb app and then reinstall it. This can help resolve issues caused by a corrupted installation.

2. Use a Different Device: Try accessing your Airbnb inbox from a different device to see if the problem is specific to your primary device.

3. Clear App Cache: On your device, go to the settings for the Airbnb app and clear the cache. This can help resolve issues caused by corrupted cache data.

4. If none of the above steps work, contact Airbnb's support team. They may be aware of the issue and can provide specific advice or a timeline for a fix.

That's definitely not right 😅 Although we're not customer service, I can flag this over to the relevant team to have a look.

First, can you make sure you're using the most recent version of the app and restart your phone  just to be sure? Apps can sometimes go a bit glitchy if out of date.

 

If that doesn't work, can you post some screenshots here of the page with the issue and also the app version you're using? You can find that on the Profile tab and scroll all the way to the bottom.
