So I just wasted about an hour and a half of my life with AirBnB support try to gain access to my account to upload all new photos of our property after being listed with them for a year and a half with super Host status and two top 5% Guest favorite Properties. I am so frustrated that it is going to take 24 hours to verify my property and login from a desktop computer that I have already used to log in with AirBnB platform. And as super hosts, we are supposed to be accelerated, but good luck with that! You just get a normal support person that barely speaks perceptible English and then when you ask for someone that speaks English, you get a supervisor that is still not a dedicated super host support person. I swear I am a nanosecond from switching to VRBO even though their platform is more clunky. Hopefully, we will not get screwed with empty promises of support.
