I just wanted to make sure this is legit. Looks really cute and we have booked, but want to be sure. I saw the address is also on Realtor.com for sale, which I know can be common for an airbnb, but just wanting to confirm.

Its always good for hosts and guests check each other out. 

you can always send an inquiry if you have questions about the listing before you book.

the listing shows the host has two reviews on this listing . But has hosted for nine years with several hundred reviews . Unfortunately we can't see her other listings or reviews but  you can she has a 4.6 rating for previous listings .

airbnb considers 4.6 or below to be listings they would want to see improve. 

the hosts may have questions for you too as you are new to the platform with no reviews.
