Linked calendars

Hi

Can anyone help as Airbnb are not being massively helpful right now.

I am trying to link a few listing calendars - 

I have one property that is a main house, a private annex bedroom plus a hut on the grounds of the garden.

Clients also have the opportunity to book JUST the annex or JUST the Shepherds Hut.

Clients can also book just the house without the annex and shepherds hut.

When the main house and extras get booked I need to ensure that the other separate listings get linked and therefore get blocked automatically.

This used to work fine until the recent changes Airbnb did.

Am I going crazy that you cannot link all of the different properties anymore? 

I am getting different advice everytime a different advisor from Airbnb support picks up the thread of the message.

@Fiona799 so I think you have

1) Listing with everything

2) Main house

3) Annex

4) Hut

all you need to do is link 1 to 2, 1 to 3, and 1 to 4

Or have I missed something

@Mike-And-Jane0 Correct- except it won’t do the annex 

One airbnb rep will tell me, it is impossible to link more than one calendar

another will tell me I can’t link more than two

another will tell me linked calendars can’t have a co-host

I’m literally running around in circles

@Fiona799 sadly I can't help as I have just looked at our listing and the format has changed totally such that I can't even find where to link calendars!

Anyway my one suggestion is to go to listings 2,3 and 4 and link them to listing 1.

Doing it this way around complies with the 'can only link one calendar rule.

C Home A and B
Link A to C and
B to C

If C is booked, A and B will be blocked automatically
If A (or B) is blocked, C will be blocked automatically

The problem that remains is that guests can only book the house without the annex and shepherds hut
