@Courtney790 @ My first suggestion less images of the restaurants and food around the boat and more of the boat/accommodations. I would also look at getting some professional pictures. You have a unique stay. Show it with professional photos. I would also update your listing content. I would have ChatGPT rewrite the content.

So cool.  Since Airbnb has a Boat category must be  a lot boats I am amazed though. haha

Use the Airbnb New Listing Discount, Airbnb  promotes that on the display.

A boat is unique so you have to put more in your description.  I seen the bait shop, fishing is a loved hobby.  Talk about can I fish off the boat any fish?  If yes create a fishing guide book sprinkle with your bait store and your accommodation because general search engines read Airbnb and guide books have keywords.

Also do the Airbnb Custom Link that is an instant ad you can post on fishing and vacation spots.

Explain parking.

Look at Airbnb Experiences also, since your think of offering day trips.

You can create like 6 Guidebooks use an AI tool and won't be hard what ever else that people may be searching for on the internet that you are close too something to do.  I would highlight something for the 1 child  A child would love to stay on a boat.
