Hey guy’s i’m a new Host and i have listed my First Property can you guys please give me some suggestions to get more bookings

The listings says: 4  guest,1 bed. (?)

You second bed is probably a sofabed in the livingroom ?

You need to assign it then to the livingroom photo

(all captions are missing on the photos)

Then it will automaticaly add the "where you sleep" section to listing

The price is very low (You offer also now the "new listing" discount) and is same price for 1 to 4 guests.

Maybe set base price for 2 guests and add the extra guest fee for the next two guests

I am not sure why but if I search for your city I can't find your rental.

I don't know India but your location map, the title of your city appears correct.  I clicked on the things that you are near, it showed me a gym and a game center?  When I search for listings in that city, the map shows me a palace and a monk retrear?  Did the Airbnb computer locate you correctly?  Look on your listing at the map of listing location,  is that correct?

I am not sure but is the location verified by Airbnb?  Maybe you need to do that?

The only other thing, I notice on new listings in your city is the Host profile has been completed with nore than I can see your verified and the Message Host Button bur maybe check your Host account?  Try searching Incognito because Airbnb displays your listings if it knows you are looking.  I searched but maybe I am wrong I couldn't find it?  Which is odd?

Someone else has sa me issue, though your listing is active and can be booked, it may take 24-72 hours I was reminded Haha, for the Airbnb system to update the Search Display.  It depends on volume and maybe a high volume right now just be patieny.  Sorry

While you wait, I suggest you reveiw your ad.  Airbnb provides 5 pages and suggestions of the types of info Guests are interested in knowing.

Amenities for an entire unit usually 50 -60 count everything.

Since it is a full unit I don't think saying a weapon on the property makes sense.
