Two months ago, a safety complaint was made about my property. I quickly provided evidence and guest testimonials proving it’s safe and assumed the issue was resolved. But then the bookings stopped, and my listing was suspended without any notice or explanation.
Since October 26th, I’ve been stuck in an endless loop with support—my case keeps getting escalated, then closed, and I’m left with no answers. As a Superhost for nearly five years, this is heartbreaking and financially devastating, especially with the holidays around the corner. I am at my ends wits and begging for resolution.

Safety complaint...about what? Without more details to go on it's tough to give any suggestions.
What I do know is...that with a suspension that long, it will be VERY hard to get your account back, because it basically means that Airbnb think it's very serious.
Typically, safety team related suspensions are sorted in a week or so.
