Hello I am new to airbnb and i would love any feedback on my listing and my prices.

My comments:

The sleeping facilities are confusing.

Title says : 6 guests, 3 beds

In the "where you sleep" section the discription does match the beds shown.

It also does not match with what is mentioned in the general description.

Houserules:

Some additional rules are strange and/or do not match with Airbnb policies.

Or conflict with your general house rule stating "smoking is allowed"

Maybe review this section.

Pricing:

You offer a discount (special offer).

Please note it also applies to long term stays (28 nights and longer, which you also offer as no max. number of nights seems to be set)
