Can you explain a little more what you're unhappy with and what changes you want to make to your listing to see if it is at all possible because I am not sure what you're trying to achieve?

I feel like I need to streamline my description on the room and property description

Why not use bullet points or such like  so that people looking at your property details see what you're offering at a quick glance?  This is the way I have laid out my listing so if you want you can click on my profile to view my listing and see what you think
