What impression do you get from my listing? What areas are strong and which ones require improvements?
@Anna15781 First look at your listing in the mind of who you think would rent. A garage is good but sorry garages are not enticing lol. I am not buying your house II am using for a week. If you identify your market then your pictures and the large amount off space provided tell mee why you.
Hi @Marie8425! I just wanted to kindly remind you that I've edited your post to include the @ tag tagging @Anna15781 otherwise Anna won't receive a notification of your comment 😔
Hope this helps!
Quincy
Thank you for the feedback @Marie8425 ! I had to slap smth in when I created it. Will definitely redo the entire album and the order. Planning on some updates this week before our first renters.
Hello @Anna15781
You advertise your listing as having three bedrooms and yet I cannot see 3 different photos of these so as a guest I'm left frustrated as I want to see these to make sure your place suits my party. Ditto for the two bathrooms and 1 toilet - only 1 photo of a bathroom. Use a wide angle lens or at least landscape mode.
@Andrea6232 has done a great guide on how best to use your phone to photograph your listing that I'm sure will be helpful:
It's best to take photos in landscape mode rather than in portrait mode so that guests can see at a glance how big/small a room is. You can write text under these photos and as guests generally just view photos, I would use this feature.
You are not with the new version that has the photo tour so it's important that you order your photos in a sequence as if you were walking your guests through the house.
That first picture isn't the greatest I have to say and the next four have to be very strong too.
If you are new to Airbnb, there are lots of helpful guides done by hosts here on the CC. Go onto your profile picture and scroll down to Host Guides
All the best to you

Hello @Anna15781 .
As @Joelle43 wrote, your photos should show all the spaces you offer to your potential guests. It is very important. In your offer you included the following information:
- access to the lake
- swimming pool
- bath
- dressing room
- thematic room
- a place to work
- garden furniture
Try to present it all in photos. Let me remind you (because I had the same doubts with my offer) the swimming pool should be in the facility, not nearby. I don't know how to treat access to the lake, the map shows that your house is a bit far away and whether this place is intended for swimming.
It seems to me that the description of your offer could dispel these doubts.
Best
Marcin
Thank you, @Marcin65 ! You are correct it is not the direct access. Assuming it would be better to remove the feature and just describe the photo.
Hi there @Anna15781, I just wanted to let you know that I've added an image of your Airbnb listing to your topic and the link to your Airbnb listing to make it easier to find. I can see you're already getting great feedback here from fellow Hosts which is great!
Thank you, @Quincy! I really appreciate any input since I am an Airbnb newborn 😂
As we all have 😊.
Piece of advice @Anna15781 stay with in this forum and try keep away from social media groups for advice until you are quite comfortable overall. I mistakenly did that at first (I have only been on for a little over a year) and the trolls and very conflicting advice will baffle and possibly frighten you, as it did me. Way too much negativity out there. The moderators in this group are amazing and I feel like we are truly a family with in the group.
Best of luck.

Thank you, @Bettye6!
there is a lot of bias in the world:) I am trying to be cautious☺️
You are so welcomed @Anna15781!
Yeah, I learned the hard way, that is for sure!
Also books on the subject. I found them of little value as they are contradictory with each other on multiple subjects. If you can't find your answer in this group just type in your full question into (except reviewing your space) Google and it will take you directly to this group and the correct answer. That in itself has saved me a lot of time and effort.
Hope this extra advice helps too.
