I understand the previous reviews stay with evolve, not your listing.
here’s what I would do- less is best- the pictures look a little busy to me- to much stuff on counters, tables, beds, and furniture. I think people are having a hard time visualizing themselves in the space.
do a lot minute promotion- I do 20% discount by Wednesday if I’m not already booked for the upcoming weekend. This will boost your listing to the top of search with a slash thru the regular price. I almost always get booked when I do this.
allow pets if you can and don’t already. My bookings have quadrupled since allowing pets. So far no issues with pets, just the occasional issues with people.
