Hi @Rajat33! I would definitely invest in photos. In the mind-time change the main photo. Does not look attractive the place. The place has potential! Good luck

Your listing looks awesome!

To get to the top of listing internationally , I would list it under “Entire villa in Goa” rather than “Candolim” as people from overseas aren’t particularly fussy about a particular region.

I would also add extra folding beds so guests can accommodate additional family members

Hi @Rajat33 , it is important to know which type of guests you are catering for whether they be locals or foreigners. Look at other pet friendly establishments and see what they do different from you. I will definitely change the light coloured, see through curtains and add a bit more carpets. I will also add comfortable couches in the living room for those watching tv.
