Listing not showing on map

If I search for it by using  the city it is there.  But if I go on the map (in another persons account) and go to show map,and seach that area,  it does not show.  Any suggestions?  I have spent way to much time with Airbnb support, getting no where!  I have been listed  for 1 month with no bookings or reviews.
