Hi there, my name is Larissa!
I have a question regarding my listing. I just noticed that my listing does not show when someone else looks for it, I have a super host badge and I’m a guess favorite so o thought I would be one of the first listing to show but I’m not. I want to know what should I do in order to help my listing.
thank you!!

Hey Larissa,
The one thing that helped me when my properties didn't show up was zooming the map of your location untill you see it.
That way you are triggering the platform to show you the properties that are on that exact micro map.
Additionally, try to change something in your description that is not going to be a minor change (ex. Change your description - add few more sentences), and change the title.
Implementing these few steps should show you up in the search results.
Happy hosting!
For me, you didn't show up first because Airbnb Search also puts a high value on price and there were many choices lower than you. I don't know if your market is readjusting for some reason.
Hey @Larissa667,
I'm sorry to read that you are having this issue at the moment. Did you have the time to check @Marie8425 answer? I'm going to tag some other members to see if they can help fix this issue or if they were in a similar situation: @Tariq52,@Cindy1764, @Branko38, @Ranveer1 and @Shelley159.

Hi @Larissa667
It's hard to find - I finally found it when specifying Garden Mall and zooming in on your area.
The other listings on that page (your immediate area) were significantly cheaper for 4 guests - many of them about one third of your price. As the algorithm is very price-sensitive, that's probably the reason you're not coming up well in searches.
You have an addl guest fee of $91 after the 2nd guest? That is waaaay to high. You are pricing yourself out of appearing in search results compared to your competition because of this and that is why your appear so low in search rank when searching for 4 guests.
Get rid of your addl guest fees and price your listing competively for 4 guests. Look at what other comparable listings in your area are charging for 4 guests.
Hi @Larissa667,
Best,
Alex
