Listing property for specific dates

Hi, could someone help how exactly to specify dates when booking can be made for my property? for example, week 52 is only when my property can be booked. i find it difficult to select that option in Airbnb. Can someone help me?

Bookings can only be made on dates which are availble on the calender:

BTW

If you have very limited availability, you can also choose to set your "availibility window" to "all  dates unavailable by default" and then make the dates you want to host available on the calender, like week 52.
