Hello fello hosts! We are new to hosting and had a question on how to set prices. I was wondering if there was a
way to keep my listing at a 1 night minimum stay but say if a guest wanted to stay for one night only my price would automatically be set at a hirer rate, opposed to if someone came across our listing and wanted to book it for 2/3 nights then the price would drop back down?
I hope that makes sense to someone please let me know fi you have any tips.

@Tayah0 I think the only way to do this is to set the rate for 1 night high and then have an appropriate discount for 2, 3,4 nights etc. The downside of this is that the algorithm for search placement may use the higher less competitive rate.

Thank you so much for getting back to me! I thought that might have been the case.
