Listing suspended and 0 contact from Airbnb

My listing was suspended 3 weeks ago and i was told the specialized team would contact me in less than 48h. Every time i call airbnb they apologise constantly and they say this case is urgent and specialized team will contact me soon. 3 weeks passed a d nothing. My listing still suspended. I ve been superhost for 2 years already. 0 contact and nothing fixed.

They offered me money compensation but no one contact me yet. Help please. I got a lot of fake info from airbnb agents with no idea.
