Listing suspended

Listing suspended

It's very sad to see, my listing has been suspended by AirBNB after 1 and half years of hosting and just getting couple of low inaccurate rating than 4 star. which kind of the process is this? They do not check any evidence provided by guest. They do not listen anything from host..

Guest can do anything and even you are owner you can not put your view. It won't be listen.

Even you are hosting 4 or 5 years few guest come and give 1 star then gone your listing will be suspended!! Wow kind of process is this ??? Even if you see AirBNB rating in Play Stone tons of 1 star then means AirBNB app should be banned in Play Store.

my last guest all these below and given 1 star and my listing is suspended and customer care of no use. It's completely biased system.

1. Guest has booked for 4 ppl but stayed 6, evidence provided.

2. Guest was not willing to give Id proof and trying to by pass security checks.

3. Was expecting unlimited free drinking water. we have recharged based drinking water.

4. Does not clean vessels cooked hevely, left kitchen in horrible stage had paid huge extra money.

5. Doesn't follow house rule/checkout process left house just like that and didn't inform earlier.

Due to all this guest has given 1 start to all.

Are you posting on a separate profile @Bindiya0

I can only see you listed as a guest and there are no reviews attached .

airbnb does take poor guest  reviews seriously as it impacts on their brand .

i agree if these poor reviews were retaliatory for you pulling guests up for breaking your house rules  it does seem unfair .

how do you currently vet your guests ??

Do you get them to confirm in writing that only the numbers booked will be staying at the property and that they understand all guests must provide photo ID?

Currently my listing is suspended, may be that is the reason you are not able to see . Yes it's mentioned in house rule. We have to follow verification check as per local police guidelines. Everything is mentioned in house rule

No normally I would still be able to see your reviews even if your listings are suspended . @Bindiya0

what vetting procedure do you have for your guests ?

Personally I don't think it's enough to just put information in your house rules . You need to get guests to confirm in writing for example numbers staying and they understand ID requirements.
