Listing suspension

So ive had one of my listings suspended for such a silly reason I had a guest give me a 4 star overall review but because they couldn't park at the apartment due to a road closure out of my control they gave me a 1 star for check in within the overall 4 star review I've been waiting 3 days already my revenue is being affected because of this suspension I need somebody to address this please asap I've noticed managers being tagged into other people's messages I need a manager to help with this please
