Listing that is only available for booking by invite only

I am curious if its possible to have a listing that is not available for public booking? I work for a property management company and some of the buildings have guest suites. We only allow tenants to book the guest suites for visiting friends and/or family. Currently there is no official method for booking or collecting fees for these suites across various properties. 

The goal is to have a simple calendar to track bookings, and a transparent way to track payments. We don't want to advertise these units publicly. Ideally, tenants would reach out to their property manager when guests planned to visit, we would provide them a link to book for their requested night(s), collect payments through the platform, and that's it. 

I know this isn't the goal of this platform, but in my research I haven't yet discovered a platform where the goal isn't to maximize profits.
