Listing wrongly flagged as duplicate — needs urgent review (screenshot attached)

Hi everyone,

 

I really need help with this one. My listing has been wrongly suspended for being a “duplicate,” and this is actually the second time this has happened within a month.

 

Please see the screenshot I’ve attached. The system says my listing “San Juan Stay – 2BR Apartment with Patio” is a duplicate of “Spain Lagoon | San Juan | Private Patio.” The problem is that the Spain Lagoon listing was deleted weeks ago after we remodeled the property and temporarily took it off the market. That older listing no longer exists, this new one replaced it once renovations were done.

 

I’ve already dealt with this exact issue before. A senior Airbnb advisor called me personally earlier this month, confirmed it was a mistake, and reactivated the listing. Everything was fine for a few weeks. Now, out of nowhere, the system is flagging it again as a duplicate of the same old deleted listing.

 

This has to be some sort of AI or automated system glitch, because there’s only one active listing under my account. I rely on Airbnb as my main hosting platform, and every day this stays suspended means lost bookings and income.

If any moderators or experienced hosts can help escalate this, I’d really appreciate it. I’ve already contacted support, but the last time this happened it took multiple follow-ups before it reached the right person.

 

Thank you in advance for any help or advice, I just need someone to look at this properly and remove the duplicate flag since it’s clearly an error.

Yes...this is appears to be another Airbnb AI run amok.

Hopefully someone from @Elisa  or @Emilie or @Rebecca or @Alex  team can take a look soon and help get it fixed.

Just to clarify....

 

Did the previous listing have any problems? Negative reviews? Listing issues?

No nothing, it actually had 5 star review.
But the owner changed and also we were remodeling it so thats why it was deleted.

Please help 😞
