I would change the title. Those who don't speak English aren't going to understand what Lrg Confi room means @Bernie135 

in fact I don't know what a Confi room means 😀.

maybe 'bright comfortable room near train station' or similar.

If your first grouping of pictures is all from the bathroom that is a problem. Put a picture of at least 3 separate places guests would enjoy being in. Maybe fill the tub with bubbles and add a bamboo plank with a glass of wine. Mention that you have a soaking tub to relax in after a long cold day etc
