I am not able to list my property in Airbnb app it shows as unlisted

Hello Bhumiya 

I’m trying to do this since yesterday and I’m not able to publish or list my property and when I’m trying to do that I’m getting an error stating that your listing Cannot be published contact customer support and I tried calling customer support and they told they will be escalating the issue and I’ll get a call back but I have not received any call back as well

I’m not sure what’s going on can you help me with that and I received a email to complete the verification I also completed it
