Good afternoon we would like to ask for your solution for marketing our villa.

We will be managing a new villa  at the end of December where previously this villa was managed by another management. But for the moment the sale of this villa is very difficult on airbnb, my boss takes more than 1 hour to search for the name of this villa on airbnb.

For this situation what we know ( no booking since 2 months, planning is empty, normally have occupancy more than 80% and the booking was at 90% from Airbnb. If actually this villa not create any business, it’s because the actual management make high price during one month and nobody book the villa . Probably the villa go down in algorithm?

Question is what we can do to change this ? Hope you have some advice to help us for this case. Thank you

Hi @Sampat-Lidi0 ,

I would begin by utilizing 'Critique My Listing' with in this forum.

It could be the title of your listing, pictures that you are using to showcase your place, even what the pictures you have portrayed show the potential guests.

Read frequently on FB that in some areas there is a lot of AirBnB. 

Careful on pricing as that can be tricky as well.
