Listings Not Found

Hi everyone,

I was wondering I anyone could assist me. We have a brand called Springsteen Cabins. We have 5 cabins listed on Airbnb, 3 of them is on one farm and 2 on another farm. They are all live, but only 1 is displaying when I filter search.

I am in contact with Airbnb and they said they reported the issue, I’m just concerned that they might not fix it.

We are a community of hosts and guests and can't help with technical issues I am afraid @Springsteen-Cabins0

However your post is rather confusing as you are a long established host with five listings showing on your profile.

Hi @Helen3 yes we only had 2 listings for two years, but added 3 new ones at the end of last year. Since we added the 3 new listings the issue came about.

I did a quick incognito search @Springsteen-Cabins0 with the same results as you. I did put in dates initially. For Rawsonville I added a filter "Cabins" and they didn't appear either.

It looks like you are using Instant Book? There has been a glitch on and off with properties not appearing in flexible searches (no dates) and the listing has Instant Book turned on. Listings not appearing unless you add dates if Instant Book turned on. However, I did add dates on one of the searches and still didn't see the listings in Rawsonville.

Not sure what is happening, but there is definitely a problem. Do you some of your listings happen to have the same address? Airbnb is working on "listing verification" and targeting "fake" listings, so something might be going on behind the scenes we are not aware of. Not sure.

Thank you @Joan2709 , hopefully they can fix the issue!

I have had issues with my listing not showing up in search results on and off since the new Winter Release. Customer Support told me there was a glitch. Each time I discover it is not appearing I reach out to Customer Support (it often takes several “reach outs” with several reps to get them to acknowledge the issue). I’m glad they are working on it for you. Eventually, my issue gets resolved, but it has reoccurred several times. I hope your issue is resolved soon.

Thank you @Danlee1 !
