In my account my property is showing listed. But when search from my friends account it's not visible. Anything to do?

Your listing is showing. However if you are trying to offer individual rooms in a single residence you need to create one listing for each room and then link them @Arutselvi0 

Also you need a much more detailed description 

1. why should guests come to your location

2. which guests are your target market 

2. you don't mention things like a bathroom 

3. you haven't uploaded a profile photo and description 

4. you would benefit from reviewing the rooms in terms of how they are decorated for example the bedrooms show bare mattresses , plastic chairs and uncoordinated colours
